"Milwaukee is perhaps the most underrated city I have ever visited; it has the big-city conveniences of great restaurants and fun nightlife, with small-town charm and affordability. During the summer, Milwaukee essentially turns into a beach town with a festival every weekend and miles of bike trails with beer gardens and breweries along the way. I enjoy living here more than I ever thought I would!" - Mark Wandzel, DO, 2022 graduate

ABOUT MCW RESIDENT LIFE

Residents are invited to participate in a variety of fun events throughout the year, both education-related and purely social! Some events include Anesthesiology faculty and staff, and some are just for residents, offering plenty of opportunity to connect with colleagues at all levels. Resident events have included Brewers games, Halloween parties, "Friendsgiving" potlucks, Department holiday parties, a Department picnic, social events during regional and national meetings and much more!
