Wellness resources added to A-Net

A collection of wellness resources has been added to A-Net, just for the Department of Anesthesiology. You can find it here: https://www.mcwanet.com/wellness/

Two of the offerings are exclusive to our Department:

• COVID Chronicles: A space for journaling or reflecting. It may be used to share any feelings you would like to express, share thoughts that may provide encouragement to others, venting, appreciation or inspiration. Please feel free to use it as an outlet for your experiences.
• Healing through Debriefing: We are incredibly fortunate that two of our faculty’s licensed psychologists, Dr. Rebecca Anderson and Dr. Sarah Trost, have offered to discuss stressful or difficult events that you may be dealing with. Discussing these events in a timely manner can be crucial for our mental health. All communication is completely confidential.

Additionally, the collection includes helpful websites, apps, videos and audio files, curated by Dr. Anderson. You will also find links to MCW-based wellness resources as well.

The page will permanently reside on A-Net, even after we move beyond the current crisis.
